A casual week of finishing off and catching up. Lesley brought in a crochet and knit blanket she has just finished for her son to show us. The mus were interested in the technique and we discussed potentially continuing the group with different crafts- knitting, crochet, quilting and so on.
Lindsay brought in her finished bag which she has been proudly using for school and shopping. She said she was really happy to have made something practical for herself. She has also since made a couple of other bags as gifts for friends.
Danielle brought in her finish reverse applique which she has embellished with a variety of stitches to great effect. She is going to make it into a cushion.
She also finished off her cupcake bag which looks fantastic!
